With decades of experience working across residential and commercial property, Brian brings a practical, detail-driven approach to identifying value, managing risk, and delivering successful developments. His expertise spans feasibility analysis, design coordination, cost control, and on-site execution, ensuring projects are well-planned and efficiently delivered. Rosaleen Cullen brings over 15 years of hands-on experience as a landlord, combined with a strong operational and people-focused background. She is a qualified Operations Department Practitioner and has previously held the role of Theatre Manager, where she was responsible for managing complex operations, teams, and budgets in high-pressure environments. In addition, Rosaleen is a qualified counsellor, providing her with valuable skills in communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management. At Doora Property, she plays a key role in overseeing day-to-day operations, tenant and stakeholder relationships, and ensuring projects are managed efficiently, professionally, and with a strong emphasis on ethical practice and compliance.
